Sunshine Farms is a working cattle ranch located on 175 rolling acres boarding on the historic Brazos River located halfway between Bellville and Sealy Texas. Part of the land grant from the government of Mexico to Steven and Moses Austin and listed on the campaign trail General Sam Houston traveled from Washington on the Brazos to San Jacinto to defeat Mexican General Santa Anna for Texas Independence. Over 100 native and grafted pecan trees. Nature trails abound. Stocked lake and fishing on the Brazos River.
Less than a one hour drive from Houston, Sunshine Farms is also less than one hour to Brenham, Round Top, Washington on the Brazos, Katy Mills Mall and a scenic two hour drive to Austin and San Antonio.
Our guest quarters include a totally renovated 1930's cedar ranch home with fireplace, private bedroom, full kitchen and large loft. Two spacious guest rooms in the newly constructed "main house". A large game and party room is available to guests. Prices start as low as $80.00 per night.
